The Dimopoulos Injury Law tenant improvement is a shell build out of a law firm office. This office project included custom built-in mill work with ornate detailing, serving both practical and decorative purposes. The project required complex, custom tile work for the lobby floor logo as well as the incorporation of non-typical light fixtures for most office spaces. The tenant improvement also featured an ultra-realistic mock courtroom to simulate trials.

The Wilson Elser office space was designed for hoteling, which allows employees the ability to work in a different office each day. In addition to the unique functioning of the overall space, each individual office and cubicle is equipped with an iPad which serves as an employee check in station. This office space also boasts a mixture of open, ACT and baffle ceiling designs with axiom clouds as well as wood feature walls throughout.

This tenant improvement project consisted of the interior remodel of a furniture store into the intricately designed Sickie’s Burgers and Brews restaurant. Only the seventh restaurant location in the US, this Sickie’s is located in the highly sought-out Town Square Las Vegas. this one-of a-kind restaurant boasts unique dining room décor featuring a brilliant array of vintage signs, license plates, bicycles and car frames. Guests can enjoy a delicious meal from a roster of 50 burgers and 50 brews as well as meals that are exclusive to Las Vegas, all while dining under the suspended frames of classic Chevrolet sedans and a vintage Ford pick-up trucks.
