The BSP team offers general contracting services for tenant improvement/tenant finish projects spanning a wide range of client types. We construct many projects ranging from standard office build outs to state of the art, high-end tenant improvements. Our team has experience ranging from office and industrial to retail and food services.

SPACE PLAN DEVELOPMENT

What We Do 3

We work directly with our clients to develop a proposed layout in a wide range of office, industrial, restaurant, medical, retail, data centers, call centers and innovative technology environments. Initially, the BSP team will develop a preliminary space plan indicating new walls, doors and rooms. Following the approval of the initial space plan the BSP team will develop a more detailed space plan in conjunction with design professionals and MEP consultants.

TENANT IMPROVEMENT ADVISORS & MANAGEMENT

What We Do 6

Our BSP team not only manages projects but is considered an advisor throughout the commercial real estate industry. Our team consistently looks for the best pricing and options for our clients throughout the project and we keep this at the forefront of our priorities. In addition to being a tenant advisor, the BSP team will also manage the project and ensure that it finishes on schedule and exceeds client expectations.

JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL & PERMITTING PROCUREMENT

The BSP team does not only build their client’s visions, they manage the jurisdictional and permit approvals necessary to ensure the project stays on time and budget. This includes stewarding every step of the process that is controlled or approved by a federal, state or local agency.

UTILITY COORDINATION

With our presence in the Las Vegas Valley the BSP team has developed relationships with all utility companies within the Southern Nevada region. Our unique utility coordination services will save time, increase safety and allow inspections to occur in a timely manner. The BSP team is always focused on addressing the needs of our clients and partnering with utility services to ensure the smoothest of processes.

FURNITURE, FIXTURES, & EQUIPMENT COORDINATION

What We Do 11

BSP manages the design, procurement, delivery and installation of all furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E). This stage of the project includes the coordination and installation of items such as furniture, signage & graphics, equipment, security, information technology and audio/visual. FF&E is not traditionally handled by a general contractor, but with the relationships we have developed we are able to ensure the successful coordination and installation of all furniture needed to open a property for operation.
