Nicole Baker

Nicole is a creative-minded Designer with a passion for spaces that blend function, form and feeling. Her background in Interior Architecture & Design combines technical understanding with artistic vision, shaped by a curiosity to learn and a willingness to take on new challenges. Over the years, she has built a strong foundation in hospitality design, with experience on high-profile restaurant and resort projects across Las Vegas and Northern California. Today, Nicole brings that same drive for growth and collaboration to the BSP Studio team. Her attention to detail, technical knowledge and client-focused mindset make her an asset in every phase of the design process. Before transitioning into architecture, Nicole spent more than a decade as a professional florist, moving to Las Vegas 17 years ago to design for weddings and events. In that role, she learned how to read between the lines, ask the right questions and deliver personalized experiences—a skillset she continues to carry into her work today. Known for her empathy, adaptability and thoughtful approach, Nicole is dedicated to bringing each client’s vision to life through creativity and care.
