Senior Architect
Ploy is a licensed Architect in Nevada experienced in hospitality and commercial projects. Highly skilled with technical knowledge, she applies critical problem solving to maintain the highest level of aesthetic qualities in her designs. Ploy’s passion for her field is evident in her consistent pursuit of education, as she actively enjoys learning and exploring all components of architecture and design. Born and raised in Thailand, Ploy moved to the United States after high school, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture at UNLV and was honored as one of the top students in her class. During her undergrad, she worked for a high-profile architecture firm and gained experience in conceptual design and master planning. Ploy earned a Master of Architecture degree in Architecture from USC and once again graduated at the top of her class receiving an AIA Medal for Academic Excellence. Upon returning to Las Vegas, she worked at an international architecture firm. Her experience and projects included mixed-use master planning, the NBC Universal HQ, NFL Media HQ, The Londoner in Macau, Holland Casino in Venlo and lead technical designer for Hollywood casinos in York and Morgantown County in Pennsylvania. As Senior Architect for BSP Studio, Ploy provides leadership and guidance to her team, delivering projects that fully capture the client’s vision and design intent. In addition, Ploy is a Permit Now registered design professional in Clark County and Self-Certified professional in City of North Las Vegas which helps accelerate the traditional plan review process for eligible development projects.
