MidFirst Bank

The MidFirst Bank project involved creating a sophisticated and welcoming 5,244 sq. ft. office space in Las Vegas. The goal was to blend a classy, high-end aesthetic with modern, simplistic design elements, reflecting the bank’s classic values while incorporating the vibrant spirit of Las Vegas. The design featured thoughtful details, functional workspaces, and a refined color scheme to create a professional yet comfortable atmosphere. Private offices with floor-to-ceiling glass provided an open, airy feel, while the open work area, equipped with touch-down spaces and a telephone room, supported collaboration and privacy. Key to the design was the integration of local Las Vegas artwork, adding a unique touch that celebrated the community and added personality to the space. The use of exposed ceilings, unique ceiling designs, and creative lighting solutions added another layer of creativity and modern flair. The project balanced the bank’s commitment to professionalism with a touch of fun and modern flair, aligning with both the bank’s identity and the dynamic, creative energy of Las Vegas.
