In 2009, Jim embarked on his journey with Burke as an independent contractor, and it was there that he recognized the untapped potential for a tenant improvement division.​ Today, that division proudly bears the name Burke Special Projects (BSP). Jim, at the helm of these projects, manages every aspect of construction and development, ensuring that each client receives an extraordinary and personalized experience, as well as real-time market information. With over 30 years of construction industry experience, Jim operates with unwavering speed and precision, faithfully delivering on the promise of transforming client visions into tangible reality. While Jim now carries an air of professionalism and refinement, he fearlessly expressed himself through music in his earlier days, captivating audiences with his long hair and undeniable talent as a rock band member.

Her perseverance is a cornerstone of her work, continually fostering client connections and contributing to the growth of the Las Vegas community. Kristen’s ambition extends beyond the office, as she aspires to visit every baseball stadium in the United States!

Bob, a renowned authority in the world of accounting, commands over 30 years of unrivaled experience. His profound financial acumen, coupled with an education in economics from Cleveland State University, positions him as the driving force behind all financial operations within Burke Construction Group.
