The Dimopoulos Injury Law tenant improvement is a shell build out of a law firm office. This office project included custom built-in mill work with ornate detailing, serving both practical and decorative purposes. The project required complex, custom tile work for the lobby floor logo as well as the incorporation of non-typical light fixtures for most office spaces. The tenant improvement also featured an ultra-realistic mock courtroom to simulate trials.

Tenant improvement of a 10,024 square foot 1st generation buildout office for Woodside Homes. Throughout this project we collaborated with Woodside Homes, homebuilder client, as they did their own flooring, millwork, graphics and installation of appliances. Additionally, this project included trendy design features, including bright colored wall and furniture items, wall art and a garage door in the breakroom.

This 69,752 square foot tenant improvement of an existing two-story tilt-up concrete building is currently under construction. This project consists of developing conference room areas, open office spaces, restrooms, breakrooms as well as an open space area that will be utilized as a call center. Additional scope of this project includes new mechanical infrastructure and rooftop units as well as an existing elevator cab re-finish. Throughout the lobby we have inserted high-end finishes such as a marble wall in an effort to increase the natural light a skylight in the main conference room was inserted. Additional site work included providing compliant ADA parking stalls in an existing parking lot.

This project consisted of a 2,080 square foot high-end design-build office space where we collaborated closely with the designer to build. This office included high-end features such as stone countertops, high-end fixtures and french doors throughout the space.  This tenant improvement was on a fast-paced schedule and consisted of detailed coordination with client vendors to complete on schedule.

A 155,000 square foot office and warehouse tenant improvement. This project consisted of two cloud ceilings, the first cloud is completely suspended approximately 26′ in the air and the second is semi floating while attached to the back wall, which creates a waterfall/cascade effect with 90 degree led lighting. Additionally, the warehouse buildout included five large fans that span the length of the building that will move and condition air in conjunction with the 28 evap coolers for the 28 new dock levelers.
