This project included the interior shell buildout of ULTA cosmetics, a 14, 809 square foot retail space. The scope included the pour of the first-floor concrete slab, fill-in of the second floor open areas in the front and back with A structural steel deck and pour. Additional scope included the installation of a new independent electrical power source with a new transformer and switchgear as well as four new HVAC units that will service the first floor. Additionally, a new entrance foyer was built in the back for second-floor access.
