Interior build out of 12,560 square feet of office space. The scope of the project will include light demolition, flooring, interior framing, ceilings and finishes as well as adding a new server room, dedicated air conditioning to server room and voice, data cabling. The space was improved for the use of mobile game developer, Machine Zone, known for the “Game of War” app.

This 6,800 square foot office tenant improvement consisted of extensive demolition of a second-floor office space as well as a rebuild for the allocation of a local law firm. All work was completed in a heavily occupied building requiring coordination of most construction activities. The millwork scope was fairly large and included detailed drywall, soffits and a feature wall in the breakroom.

In 2012 we completed a 13,132 square foot tenant improvement which consisted of interior design, framing, electrical, mechanical and plumbing finishes as well as extensive security upgrades. In 2016 we completed an 8,058 square foot expansion for William Hill Gaming. The expansion included demolition to part of the existing suite as well as the suite receiving all new flooring, HVAC, interior walls, ceiling, electrical, doors and paint.

The Sykes Call Center is located in the Cheyenne Corporate Center and acts as technical support for the Sony Customers. The scope of this project included the complete demolition of an existing 43,000 square foot tenant improvement. The new space included a new UPS system, state of the art lighting package, extensive tenant specified vinyl branding and a 1,100 square foot cafe/break area. A unique feature of this project was the use of 3form wall panels hung from airplane cable.
