A 5,500 square foot organic heirloom coffee caffé tenant improvement. This space includes handmade ceramic tile fountains as well as a unique star-shaped skylight component which will compliment features of the shopping plaza. This project also included food preparation equipment and storage on the bottom floor of the facility.

The Sykes Call Center is located in the Cheyenne Corporate Center and acts as technical support for the Sony Customers. The scope of this project included the complete demolition of an existing 43,000 square foot tenant improvement. The new space included a new UPS system, state of the art lighting package, extensive tenant specified vinyl branding and a 1,100 square foot cafe/break area. A unique feature of this project was the use of 3form wall panels hung from airplane cable.
